Alkebulan
is a Sustainable Development Investments Company involved in Structured
Investments Consultancy and Sovereign Development Financing. Structured
Investments Consultancy involves structuring Private Placement Opportunity
Programs (PPOPs) for Sovereign clients (Governments) & High Net Worth
clients, while Sovereign Development Reserve involves arranging Sovereign Level
Funding initiatives to support Sovereign clients (Governments), via Public
Private Partnerships (PPPs), on a global macro-economic level. Our company has
structured global strategic partnerships in the Sovereign Development Finance
sphere, involving some of the most respected financial entities on the globe,
to marshal macro sustainable development resources.
2). TEMIC ENERGY LIMITED – CHAIRMAN – 2010 TO PRESENT
Temic
Energy Limited is a privately incorporated Kenyan entity. It is structured to
engage in Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Commodities Trading, Oil & Gas,
Private & Sovereign Finance, Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Impact
Investments. Notable proposed projects include a 52 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power
Generation Plant and a Real Estate Development project in Affordable Housing
(250,000 units), in partnership with National Housing Corporation (NHC) Kenya
and 5,000 units in partnership with Rwanda Housing Authority.
